Heute um 10 Uhr wieder ist die Person mit Hermes Paketen nicht klar gekommen, wir mussten unsere Pakete wieder alle mitnehmen. 3 Mal bei dieser Frau abgegeben und wieder alles mitnehmen müssen.... echt traurig
